I thought that I ordered a specific item from these folks and after wondering where my product was I asked about it. Turns out, that the order was incorrect. I had ordered the wrong item. These folks had refunded me my money to PayPal like I had demanded and apologized about taking so long to produce the chiles. After the refund is when they showed me my order and that I was wrong. To make it right, I re-ordered the correct product. Their Customer Service was impecable. I would deal with these folks any time.
