The Fresh Chile Company is awesome!! They have great friendly customer service. I order fresh Hatch peppers through the mail. They always arrive fresh and damage free. If you need recipe ideas, checkout their Facebook page. The customers share great recipe's, from a variety of FCC products, which is great for new customers, as we get ideas on which FCC products to buy next!! Love this company!!
