The only reason I'm rateing the product 4 stars is. I didn't purchase enough and not early enough in the season. To conclude, 5 stars for the peppers and 4 stars for the purchaser. Contaplating purchasing dried peppers for the winter for moles, tamales, and meat dishes that make a cold winter here in the NW more confortable. I highly recommend cooks to try some of the best south west peppers in my opinion available. Will purchase next spring during the first pick along with the companies other varieties.
