First order I received, fresh red chile was amazing. 2nd order... Quite a few partial soft or beginning to spoil Chile's. But being the end of the crop season, I guess it's to be expected. Just received today. First bach has awesome taste. Will roast tomorrow 2nd batch. Hatch spice blend is very tasty.
