Ordered 10 lbs of fresh chilis with regular shipping, about 6 peppers were bad which I accepted as the lower rate of shipping. My wife made rellenos last night and they we're awesome. The peppers had great flavor with the occasional HOT one which I'm familiar with big Jim's truelly med-hot. Be ready to roast right away if you choose economy shipping.
