I am addicted to green chile. This is the best I have tried in 60 plus years. Can't imagine scrambled eggs without Hatch chile. Pork shoulder cooked in the green is as good as it gets. I have used the red sauce for enchiladas and am pondering the "Red Sauce Bloody Mary", because the flavor is so good. Keep up the good work.
