The Hatch Green Chile Sauce is absolutely delicious!!!! Certainly my favorite by far and the fact it only has 6 total ingredients to include green chiles, lemon & lime juice, salt, garlic, and water make it that much better! You can eat it like salsa, put it on your eggs, throw some in your beans, spread it on a piece of toast, put it on a hamburger/hot dog.....ALL FOR THAT DEEP GREEN CHILE FLAVOR that is unique and unmistakable!
