The Chile, whether green or red, are absolutely delicious. My son won't eat an enchilada unless it is made with the Fresh Chile Company's red Chile sauce. I just with the Chile sauce was sold in larger quantities so that I would not have to place an order each month. All the products that I have ordered have been delicious.
