We are seriously addicted to The Fresh Chile Company's Red and Green Chile, both the medium and mild. The flavor is so fresh and it adds zest to almost anything that you put it on - Mexican dishes, eggs, sandwiches, I even heap tablespoons of it on jasmine rice. We ordered by the jar, the first few times, but it goes so quickly at our house that we will have to start ordering by the case! Absolutely love the quality of the ingredients and the obvious care that the chile is made with and we will be lifelong customers.
