I have made some amazing meals with my Hatch collection. I purchased the entire collection and bought the same for my daughter and family. They are new fans for life also. What a great product! I can’t tell you which is my favorite. Mama’s Hot, Papa’s Hot, totally! The green chili, oh my gosh YES! How can a person decide??? Oh! And then let’s talk Abuela’s . . . Yum! Enchiladas to die for!
