I'd give zero if that were an option. Total bait and switch routine. No card included so my anniversary was a disaster thanks to these incompetent people. I ordered two dozen red roses either baby's breath in a red vase and a personalized card. What was delivered was one dozen half dead wilted multi color roses and no card.
