My order (Wood grain Forever Angel) was NOT delivered on day needed for my nephew's funeral. I was NOT told order would be delivered by UPS. I was NOT informed that order was NOT delivered. I will NOT use you again. I will NOT recommend to ANYBODY. Totally unacceptable. Angel was to be used for special presentation at funeral but NO angel😭😩 I was offered refund for shipping...geez thanks. I think price for my entire order should be refunded. Never again!!!
