They were horrible. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend whose husband just passed away. I ordered the bouquet HOW SWEET IT IS. first of all nobody rang the doorbell they just set them there and my girlfriend is in a wheelchair so she couldn’t pick them up. Second of all the bouquet look nothing like what I ordered it was a bunch of greens with a couple flowers. The company was nice enough to send out another bouquet which she received today and she sent me a picture of it and it still looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Once again they did not ring the doorbell she just happen to have company leaving at the same time they brought the flowers so they brought them in for her. The whole experience was very embarrassing especially when the recipient is going through enough as it is. I would never order flowers from them again and it wouldn’t advise anybody else to as well. What is the point in having pictures of flowers to order and they look nothing like that.
