I purchased a smartwatch from them, which came with a defective bezel. The plastic was badly cut.
After 8 emails, including 2 videos, they still said it was working as intended.
So, no return. No refund. I'm stuck with a defective watch.
Thank you for nothing, Gearbest.
I'm not coming back.
