Really, really bad experience. One GetYourGuide employee by mistake cancelled one activity I had booked weeks prior, that was taking place the following morning. After hours discussing I was given the contacts of the tour providers by GetYourGuide and could book the tour directly. Since I had to pay (again), GetYourGuide refused to refund in cash and issued a voucher in the same amount, forcing me to spend additional money. Really bad experience and customer support, do not recommend.
