Went on the Auschwitz tour and queued for 2 hours to be told next English speaking tour was another 3 hour wait. We had specifically booked an English speaking tour Guide told us to go in do the Polish tour even though we didn’t understand. Shocking service and poor communication do not use this business for a tour. The actual tours don’t match the advertised tour on website
