I am having a terrible experience where there is a 78€ pending transaction in my bank account for over 3 weeks. Caused by a trip that already is refunded, but GYG can’t see the open pending ammount of money in their system. This means there js a claim of 78€ on my bank account with money that does not belong to me. It has been almost a month with a terrible custumorservice that does not take me seriously or read my mails carefully. Please consider booking a trip here, the trips are nice but if you have any problems, the customer service does NOT help at all.
