Bought an online item from Harvey Norman, who unfortunately use Toll. Have made two email queries and one phone query to Toll to the delivery of my items.. According to their tracking, my item was out for delivery twice, and twice returned to their depot. At no stage did I receive any sms or email notification. Also, my home security cameras showed no attempts to deliver my item. I am at a loss to determine how I can get my good delivered.
