Click and collect is a lie, and poorly managed . After sending a text saying I’m on my way . I’m in the car park. I send message to say I’ve arrived as instructed. The sign says sit tight . I waited 15 mins in the car park . Then went inside and all the staff avoided me . Finally I was sent to a queue . I was given not accurate instructions to go outside drive around the back to a tiny window for click snd collect. Staff all agreed the system stinks so the fault lies squarely with Management. The experience requires grit and the patience of a saint.
