Worst customer service ever seen in my life, very bad experience from Nunawading store tiling department. The sales personnel showed passionate when wants to get the sales but after sales service very bad. I was asking help on the returned of the new extra tiles that purchased more but the department head Sam resist to help and showed very impatient and very impolite which shouldn’t be exist in service line. I will not go to Harvey Norman anymore.
