I purchased a fridge and washing machine, which was scheduled to be delivered between 12 and 3. I waited until after 3 before phoning for the first time. I was told they would follow up and get back to me, they didn't.
I called a second time an hour later, that person said they would follow up and get back to me, they didn't.
I called back a third time and that person said the items would be delivered sometime between 5 and 5.30. I've wasted a whole day waiting around for the delivery, which still hasn't arrived.
