Horrible... the worst!! Drove 30 minutes to the closest HM to return a pair of $18 pants and had the receipt and the pants with tickets on. They refused bc I did not have the credit card with me that I purchased them on! I said ok ...well there is a bar code at the bottom of receipt, don't you scan the barcode (like a million other stores do and don't need the card)?? NO. Ok, can I have a store credit then. "NO. We can't take them back!!" Never had such horrible and abusive service to return a pair of shitty $18 pants (quality was awful). WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BUT WILL DEF SHOP ZARA WHO ACTUALLY HAS GREAT PRODUCT AND A "CUSTOMER FIRST" RETURN POLICY. ps. The HM manager was awful too....just kept repeating "read the back of receipt". Thanks so much for the worst customer service I have ever received.
