The call centre customer care person doesn’t transfer the call for giving feedback on their customer service which is wrong. When u ask for feedback by customer and they wait to give it at the end of the call then how can your human being not transfer that call to that ?? I kept the phone on for 20 mins to see how long the customer service person delays the transfer of my call ??
