I bought two pairs of trousers, one pair wore through in a couple of moths, the other pair I tried to take back. I swapped them but had to pay £10 for trousers that were the same price. Realising I had been rooked, I tried to get a full refund they only refunded me the price of the original.
Scammed me out of £10.
