H&M Newbury over charged me for a jumper. The girl asked me if I was paying in cash, I said yes. She told me it was £35 and so I paid not realising until later the receipt said £20! I went back to demand my money back but I had no proof and no one gave a monkeys. Called customer service, again, couldn't care less.
AVOID H&M NEWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!
