Refund policy is absolutely garbage. I keep calling them to tell them about my orders that they've cancelled and charged me for but all they have to say is its not up to them when the money will appear back into my account, its up to the bank. I've never had this problem with any other online store before. If they have to refund the money, i get it back within a day or even within hours, but H&M have made me wait for almost 2 weeks. The customer service tell me that they've initiated a refund for me on the 3rd of Jan 2023 when I have been calling them about this since the 25th of December 2022. Absolute garbage service. I will never be ordering from H&M again and I will let people know about my experience
