I have never encounter this issue with other stores, where you can not exchange their products without a receipt. I understand if it is a return, but I was requesting an exchange of something I received as a gift and was not provided a gift receipt. The item was too big and needed to exchange for same product, smaller size. They have their own brand so it’s not a product from any other store, still I was told that an exchange was not allowed. Now I know where NOT to buy my clothing !
