I received faulty items. Contacted customer service and they said I can do in store or online return. Firstly, I wanted to do online return but as it was asking to pay for drop off, I took the item to a store. My return was declined in the store as they said they can not accept faulty items. At the end, I didn’t have any choice rather than doing an online return and pay for it.
I don’t know who is responsible for my time, travel and return cost.
