I'm only giving a low review which I never usually do but I recently ordered jewellery online with h&m and I used a gift card with my order. Before paying it said my balance and it showed the gift card deduction and then the balance which was all correct. However a few days later I checked my bank account and seen the full amount went out of my account, it didn't mention the gift card deduction anywhere but it did when I placed the order. I've been in touch with h&m about this and I'm waiting on an email, which doesn't seem to ever be coming... I'm quite annoyed by this. I don't have a h&m store in my home town as i got the voucher from an out of town relative as a present. I will be returning them when they arrive as I'm very dissatisfied with the service.
