Easy to use website and great offers on 'Basics' clothes - 15% off when I ordered, and the checkout automatically calculated the discount. Only downside was that I could not 'Click and Collect' in South Wales; I think this option was only available in London. Hopefully, H & M will be able to cascade this option to the rest of the country. This would have saved me the delivery charge of £3.99; but as I'd made a saving on the tops I ordered, this wasn't too painful!
