Bought some present online 9 days ago. Just today 21st of December received an email saying that they cancelled my order. How can it be? What kind of company communicates this after 9 days of the purchase? What kind of system do they have set up...definitely they have a problem. You can't trust at all that you will receive what you ordered. What . they show on the website is what they should have in availability...should not be that difficult.
