Shocking customer service in Cambridge Grafton Centre. Sales assistant definitely did not want to be there, was not at all polite or friendly and pretty much threw my purchases in a bag.
Every time I go in there it’s like this, I avoid it as often as possible, not a nice experience. It’s like you’ve ruined the staff’s day by daring to shop there.
