I just went into your store in regent street in London
Picked up a couple of pants and went to the fitting room to try them
They were one size smaller , so I kindly asked a staff member if he could get me the next size up as I was already undressed in the fitting room , his response was “ go do it yourself!”
I mean OK if this is the store policy but as a business owner myself I feel there’s definitely something wrong here , plenty of staff around during morning and no rush or other customers about, so why are they employing some much customer service staff when customers are getting no service ??
