I ordered for a jewelry on Jaypore.com on 13th November. For over a month the status is still under processing. I reached out to the customer care, and even they could not provide an ETA on the product.
I requested a cancellation, but cancellation too is still not processed, and now I am informed that refund will take 7-10 business days. this is horrible service from Jaypore. Plese stay away.
