All they had to say repeatedly was "The item is a pure silver bangle. It is designed in such a way that it can be reshaped without breaking, and it is a heavy, durable piece.” Based on this evaluation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to initiate a return for this product. By this logic you do not need to return those products that can be repaired and repairing is the customer's headache. I was a returning customer for over a decade to this website and this was the point where I switch my royalties. Not worth ordering from their online store.
