“One of the most unreliable service. I wanted some Thali gift sets to present to guests on my son's wedding. They completely let us down for online order. Banks says they have paid the merchant and these people close it saying they have not received. I managed to order cash on arrival through a relative as it was urgent for me to get some gift articles. Ordered 12 sets and they arrived as multiple deliveries. One of set was completely wrong set and one plate had a large hole in it. I cannot even imagine how a brass plate can have a hole!! OMG - Do not buy anything from them without seeing the item yourself. Customer service is one of the worst and they do not respond on how to solve the problem, just say case is now closed. The one delivered also had wrong items and damaged items. Be careful while buying from this group. Aditya Brila group it says but not sure how good they are!!! Sounds a lobby!!”

“Purchased Bronze dinner sets and came to UK. The parcel was all well and when opened in UK there was one glass cracked. How can a bronze glass have a crack with not other damage. It is manufacture defect looking at the glass, the jaypore clearly decline this say it is transit problems. I would love to attach photos here but no provision. Anyone can say it is not due to a external damage!!”

“Hello everyone, I am writing here to warn the other potential customers. I received a damaged silver bangle and I wanted to return it. All they had to say repeatedly was "The item is a pure silver bangle. It is designed in such a way that it can be reshaped without breaking, and it is a heavy, durable piece.” Based on this evaluation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to initiate a return for this product. By this logic you do not need to return those products that can be repaired and repairing is the customer's headache. I was a returning customer for over a decade to this website and this was the point where I switch my royalties. Not worth ordering from their online store.”

“I purchased a mustard colour kurta for INR 2400 at a slightly discounted rate. It was stated to be pure silk, and the visual showed a kurta of rich silk fabric . When I received it, I saw that the kurta was a thin, cotton- like fabric. It had NO resemblance to silk, although Jaypore charged a premium for it.”

“This business deserves a zero star! If you are not at par with international level of product and service quality, you shouldn’t accept international orders. Just getting a global website is not enough. Clearly these guys do not know how to maintain inventory on website and ship products internationally. I placed a huge order with them, 20+ items. Only 3 tiniest products were shipped to me and for all rest of them I received an email saying products are out of stock. When I visited the website they were still listed. Moreover they never pickup calls or respond to DMs. Only way of communicating is through emails, which are auto generated. I received only partial refunds for cancelled products. Still waiting for the remaining amount after 5+ months. For what it’s worth only one out 3 shipped items met my expectations. Other 2 are HIGHLY overpriced and cheap quality.”

“This is the worst website you can purchase from...all you get in return of your queries is standard reply that they will revert in 2-3 days ...the phone no is not accessible ...makes me doubt the genuineness.....it is absolutely terrible customer service. They take full payment for an order placed more than 1 & 1/2 months back after which you do not hear from them at all..... They do not have a protocol for refunds I am told on checking with them through email time and again ...Requests for update on status and order cancellation are ignored. "Buyers beware ".”

“Terrible business with terrible customer service. Took full payment for an order placed about 6 weeks ago with no updates, no fulfillment. Requests for updates and order cancellation are ignored, the only response after 10 days is "we will provide an update in 2-3 days" which never happens. I would give zero star if I could. Buyers beware - you will lose your money.”

“Horrible experience.! They don’t have return policy for most of the products but besides that they don’t have exchange policy which is very strange. So once you buy a product it is stuck with you even if you don’t like it.! Horrible business idea I guess they won’t survive for long period with this kind of business plans”

“FRAUD. NRIs beware! Deserve ZERO star. Never shipped the products, kept sending automated emails about delay in processing the order. Finally responded to my 20th email about refunds and asked for my bank details. I made payment using credit card and would expect a refund on the same card. Copying the response I received in email, lol: "Requesting you to kindly assist us with the front images of the bank passbook(which must contains the account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch account holder name) in the PDF format. Upon receiving the details we will proceed with processing the refund to your bank account."”

“I would like to share my experience about Jaypore especially the R city mall one. The team is superb and their manager Kalpesh too. My one stop solution for all festivals look. Really appreciate Akriti, Poonam and Vineeta for their cooperation with me. You guys always make my visit special by your true suggestions what’s complementing me and what not. Any brand shines only when the client gets good service and a good environment and your team did it for you. Looking forward to see you all again for new festival collections. Thank you”

“I ordered for 2 necklace sets and 2 kadas to match the sets on 27th Feb. It’s 7th April today. I still have not received one of the necklace set. Without it, one of the kada is just useless. And customer service keeps giving the spin that they are escalating it to the concerned team! 40 days and still waiting!”

“I purchased a silk outfit from jaypore online , I received a dupe and threads coming out . I reached right away to complaint for refund and returns . They are asking me to pay for Return and restocking . Item was under free returns if in original packing and tags attached .”
