“Would not recommend buying from their website.Their delivery times are ridiculously long and the quality totally not worth the sky high price. I ordered for merchandise( all items were indian wear) worth 30,000/- in Nov 21 and didn't receive a single item for a month. After extensive follow ups over phone and emails which was frustrating I received 2 items after 40-50 days or more and the fit and quality were totally not worth the steep price I paid for them. I cancelled rest of my order as it would have been a waste of time,money and mental peace.”

“The product shown in picture is different to the product delivered. It’s of cheap quality. No finishing. I had ordered candle stand. Though replacement was possible the customer executive declared replacement was not possible. Response of customer executive was poor. Had placed order with JAYPORE as it was being sold under Aditya Birla brand else would hv never ordered. It was a gift and couldnt be gifted”

“Never ever buy anything from this site..they are cheaters.i ordered for kundan beaded necklace which they promised to deliver within 18days but now its two months and neither did they deliver the necklace nor they are refunding the amount paid. So pls. never trust this site .”

“I recently paid Rs 36000(Order # 200721646 for the product "Turquoise Gold Tone Silver Necklace”) on Dec 19l, 2021. The article received was substandard, not matching the image displayed on Jaypore.com. Several emails later and requests for redressal of my complaint, the Jaypore.com Support Team represented by somebody called Inshu whose designation is not mentioned in the mails, refused to take cognisance of my complaint, saying that this is how the article is meant to be- ‘substandard’. They disregard customer’s complaints after taking their money!”

“Please please never ever buy anything from this website. Very very bad experience. It’s cheating with customers I have ordered handbag on 3/1/2022 online Received courier on Friday 7/1/2022 Ordered women jaypore bags 8905261954319 Of rupees 5590.00 Order number 200726296 The handbag I have taken out on Sunday 9/1/2022 Only In 15-20 minutes one hanging from purse came Out from shoulder strap and it was so embarrassing Situation in front of my friends. I was using purse with one shoulder strap and in 10 mins it also came out now the purse was Like broken shoulder straps. The quality check was not done by the company for Such an expensive purse. It was very disappointing. I felt deceived. I have Ordered sandals from your website online. Now I think your stuff is not up to the mark. You are just Taking customer’s money but not giving them Valuable stuff.”

“i had ordered a suit in sale which costed me 2500/-....the suit received was torn in 3 places(the entire stitching had come out as if someone had forced themselves into the suit)...since it was on sale they did not take it back...didn't bother replying to my mail which i sent within 2 hours of receiving kurta...which is quite disapponting...just because it is on sale you can't send torn kurta.......i shop online all the time, have never experienced this.....”

“If I have a option for 0 would have given that. It was due to covid that we had switch to online shopping even for handicrafts. Looking at their customer service I highly doubt if they would survive when things are opening up. No update on mails even customer care are clueless to answer any concern. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“HO!HO!HO!.... It seems that their senior management customer service should be replaced I ordered one ready to ship kurta which could not be delivered till now and my refund is still pending. When I called I was asked to wait till my hair got white. Pathetic senior customer management/Managers no emotions towards customers. BUY, IF YOU HAVE BLACK MONEY, AND NOT TO WORRY!”

“Hi, If you ever want to test your patience levels, please order here. I placed an order which I was told to be received in 18 business days. After 18 business days(which is almost a month), i saw the status that product has been returned. I don't know the reason for return. it has been more than ten days and my product is not reshipped yet. Please expect super high delay while yoi order from Jaypore.com My product was dispatched via Ecom express. This courier company doesnt respong to emails, they dont answer you calls and they dont provide a valid number. Its pathetic that JAYPORE associates with such terrible courier services.”

“I was scared reading all the negative reviews after ordering a bedsheet from Jaypore but they have not disappointed me. Though they took about 14 days to ship the product (7-14 is the time they had mentioned in the email sent) which is longer than Amazon/Flipkart they wait was worth it. They product was nicely packed, securely delivered and most importantly was of good quality.”

“WORST WEBSITE. PLEASE DON'T ORDER EVER. Have been cheated. They take your money and make you wait indefinitely, I waited for more 2 months. Pathetic cheap quality products at exorbitant prices. They are rude and don't exchange sizes. The pic or description is far from actual product. Lost a of money and time.
