“Ordered online on 3rd March. Not delivered till 14th April. On following up twice I was told that the product quality was not good so was returned to the vendor. They don't bother to give any update. Extremely bad customer service or may be a sham to cheat people. Utterly disappointing. Would have given 0 for customer service if the provision was there.”

“If you are okay to wait till you get older, then go and order because their delivery time is like almost a decade . Pathetic senior management no response of calls or chats once your money is gone means you are also gone. Place the order at your risk.”

“Customer satisfaction is the last word in their lexicon or perhaps it is nit their at all!! 1.Excessive dispatch time, so much so that, you would become so stressful and regret to have ordered at all 2. Oh yes , if you have one month of patience to wait to receive ur patience , then go for it. I personally feel that the delivery time should be well specified and they should stick professionally with that 3. Lastly , it’s my fourth experience with them and all occasions they have checked my patience .. but no more!!”

“Zero Star Rating. I have been extremely excited to shop with Jaypore. I am a very patient shopper. I am extremely particular about my products hence I take months to select them. As a result I place bulk order which has a huge...cost. I finalised Jaypore jewellery, cutlery, cake stand, tissue holder, knives & much more... Anyone who has been on this site would know that products are heavily priced & atleast 12 days + delivery. But they are so unique & beautiful that I didn't mind spending huge amount of money + waiting. Thankfully, I went to the reviews before placing my order. Very very very...disappointed. Omg...this site has been such a waste of my time & energy. Now, I won't even spend a single Rupee on them. Also, I want to thank all the customers who took out time from their busy schedule to write their reviews. "Saved my life".”

“I ordered a 5' by 3' carpet in New Zealand wool. What I received was a braided cotton and jute rug that was six inches smaller each way than the stipulated size. My order qualified for a free delivery but the courier company (Gati) charged me at the time of delivery. Jaypore did not make any offer to reimburse the courier cost or to recompense for the low quality product. I wouldn't trust them again.”

“Basic products , very low quality branded with a fancy name. Most disappointing experience. Bought a pottery tea set which cracked within a few days of usage not due to an accident... the crack appeared gradually apparently due to the hot water in the dishwasher. They are obviously sourcing it from a very basic source and the customer service refuses to even evaluate it. Expected more, but clearly an Elementary or Fab India are of a different level. Most disappointing experience. Can vouch for very bad crockery !!”

“I had ordered for a Kolhapuri chappal of my size which was in sale. The footwear is very u comfortable and made of cheap material. Very disappointed with the buy. When I called the customer service to get It changed they said under sale item cannot be changed. I don’t know what to do with the chappals now. I tried wearing and walking at home but it hurts my feet. Please don’t buy sale items if you are not sure !!”

“Ordered few things from Jaypore.com, so far I have only received only two items out of 5. There is no update on rest of the items, no message, no calls, no update even on the website. Their customer care is pathetic.”

“I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from Jaypore. I ordered 4 items in mid Nov and by mid Dec, none of them had arrived. Despite chasing them, they could not locate my deliveries. When I tried to cancel my order, they miraculously found 2 of my orders and dispatched it on that day. I am still waiting for the last item and it is now the 2nd week of jan. I’ve never had to wait nearly 2 months for online orders. Customer service is very poor and quality of products is not worth the price they charge.”

“Fraud company. Never buy.. they provide cheap materials on very high cost and never refund I bought brass cutlery set..they charge me 6500...by the way brass price is 400 per kilo..and cutlery weight is 800gm only.. it is too light... can't be used for daily kitchen use... Yes, I missed the product description did not check and calculate total weight...but my question is why you are selling such fake items very expensive”

“I ordered for a jewelry on Jaypore.com on 13th November. For over a month the status is still under processing. I reached out to the customer care, and even they could not provide an ETA on the product. I requested a cancellation, but cancellation too is still not processed, and now I am informed that refund will take 7-10 business days. this is horrible service from Jaypore. Plese stay away.”

““They don't have exchange policy and their size chart is way off from original sizes. Pathetic customer service. No politeness at all. I got a trouser pant from jaypore online and got oversize peice. Now jaypore is saying they don't have exchange policy and I should throw it or burn it. Suggestion dont buy anything from jaypore they will not give entertain you after delivery if your product, also u can see very rude behaviour of their staff, worst customer executive staff i have ever seen .”

“Taking customers for a ride!! Placed order for four items on November 8. One item is still pending. Excellent collection with worst service. They accept orders and payment but will not give a date of delivery. First they say 18 working days, then they say exclude weekends, then they say when product is ready it will be dispatched.”

“Jaypore has a wonderful collection. Sadly, their customer service sucks! Have not received few items even after nearly 2 months of placing the order. Even after repeated reminders through emails and calls, no updates received. They don't care two hoots for their customers!”

“Ordered three items on 15th of November. The site said it will take 1 week for delivery. Its been 18 days now and there is no sign of the delivery. The customer service is really bad, they keep saying sorry. I wrote to CEO Puneet Chawla and still no reply. The order was worth 10k. Looks like they are a fraud company.”

“I have been cheated by this fraud website, my product is not delivered even after a month when they had promised to do it within 12 days. Don't fall far the decorated website, they charge you a fortune and then don't even maintain the minimum standards of service. Terrible experience”
