Jaypore- on the first look, seems suave and like they know how to do their business. Not true.
A guaranteed shipping time of 7 days was extended to 21, and no notification to the customer. Shail Singh, from customer service seemed helpful, but kept responding with scripted messages. No doubt, a company policy.
Product itself was sourced from a vendor and is quite good. Jaypore, your service was quite poor. Not going to return.
