I was using purse with one shoulder strap and in 10 mins it also came out now the purse was Like broken shoulder straps. The quality check was not done by the company for Such an expensive purse. It was very disappointing. I felt deceived. I have Ordered sandals from your website online. Now I think your stuff is not up to the mark.
