Awful, practically non-existent customer service. The numbers don't work, and emails are answered at leisure, if at all answered. The delivery timelines are not adhered to, and you will be made to wait interminably for your products (most likely a month or more), with no clarity whatsoever in the meantime. It's like your money is cleverly and swiftly taken, swallowed up, and then Jaypore mocks you for your naivete in trusting them. Astronomical pricing for attractively marketed but very average quality products, available much cheaper and swifter on Amazon. Unless you happen to have the patience of a saint, enjoy being cheated, or have money to burn, run a mile away from Jaypore!
