Pathetic customer service. The products maybe good but can't run a site with such poor service level. Had bought a kurta which was much faded compared to the pic and the size was also small. When asked for replacement with bigger size was told that jaypore can't help in this and I have to keep the order. Shocked with such unfriendly and rude behaviour
