“Such bad quality of jewellery! They say it’s gold toned but it’s nothing but cheap looking metal, nothing like what it looks like on their website. Horrible.”

“I had ordered for a Kolhapuri chappal of my size which was in sale. The footwear is very u comfortable and made of cheap material. Very disappointed with the buy. When I called the customer service to get It changed they said under sale item cannot be changed. I don’t know what to do with the chappals now. I tried wearing and walking at home but it hurts my feet. Please don’t buy sale items if you are not sure !!”

“Ordered few things from Jaypore.com, so far I have only received only two items out of 5. There is no update on rest of the items, no message, no calls, no update even on the website. Their customer care is pathetic.”

“I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from Jaypore. I ordered 4 items in mid Nov and by mid Dec, none of them had arrived. Despite chasing them, they could not locate my deliveries. When I tried to cancel my order, they miraculously found 2 of my orders and dispatched it on that day. I am still waiting for the last item and it is now the 2nd week of jan. I’ve never had to wait nearly 2 months for online orders. Customer service is very poor and quality of products is not worth the price they charge.”

“Fraud company. Never buy.. they provide cheap materials on very high cost and never refund I bought brass cutlery set..they charge me 6500...by the way brass price is 400 per kilo..and cutlery weight is 800gm only.. it is too light... can't be used for daily kitchen use... Yes, I missed the product description did not check and calculate total weight...but my question is why you are selling such fake items very expensive”

“I ordered for a jewelry on Jaypore.com on 13th November. For over a month the status is still under processing. I reached out to the customer care, and even they could not provide an ETA on the product. I requested a cancellation, but cancellation too is still not processed, and now I am informed that refund will take 7-10 business days. this is horrible service from Jaypore. Plese stay away.”

““They don't have exchange policy and their size chart is way off from original sizes. Pathetic customer service. No politeness at all. I got a trouser pant from jaypore online and got oversize peice. Now jaypore is saying they don't have exchange policy and I should throw it or burn it. Suggestion dont buy anything from jaypore they will not give entertain you after delivery if your product, also u can see very rude behaviour of their staff, worst customer executive staff i have ever seen .”

“Taking customers for a ride!! Placed order for four items on November 8. One item is still pending. Excellent collection with worst service. They accept orders and payment but will not give a date of delivery. First they say 18 working days, then they say exclude weekends, then they say when product is ready it will be dispatched.”

“Ordered three items on 15th of November. The site said it will take 1 week for delivery. Its been 18 days now and there is no sign of the delivery. The customer service is really bad, they keep saying sorry. I wrote to CEO Puneet Chawla and still no reply. The order was worth 10k. Looks like they are a fraud company.”

“I have been cheated by this fraud website, my product is not delivered even after a month when they had promised to do it within 12 days. Don't fall far the decorated website, they charge you a fortune and then don't even maintain the minimum standards of service. Terrible experience”

“Pathetic customer service ..I had ordered a kurti for some reason I was asked to wait for 5 days and later on received an e-mail saying can't full fill order and initiated my refund which took almost a month when I did chat with their agent name Jaspreet and asked him is your site legit then he does not even know about legit mean and was asking again and again elaborate your query ..Pathetic ..be aware ....or else you will be regret.”

“Pathetic customer service. All they tell you is lies about your order. Customers beware.. do not buy anything from Jaypore. If you are wanting a headache then you can place an order here. They sent me a email stating that the refund had been processed and would reach my account in 7 days but when I called today they told me that the refund was processed yesterday. A bunch of crooks and liars.”
