Basic products , very low quality branded with a fancy name. Most disappointing experience. Bought a pottery tea set which cracked within a few days of usage not due to an accident... the crack appeared gradually apparently due to the hot water in the dishwasher. They are obviously sourcing it from a very basic source and the customer service refuses to even evaluate it. Expected more, but clearly an Elementary or Fab India are of a different level. Most disappointing experience. Can vouch for very bad crockery !!
