“I am interested in buying cushion covers in bulk. I get in touch with them and they offer me 10% discount. At the same time I see 15% discount being offered to first time buyers as well as 20% off on one of the items I need. All in all, terrible customer service by not getting back to me in the 48 hrs they promised. To add to that, the discount model for 72 pieces is flawed. They don't believe their customers are intelligent enough to understand this? Didn't expect this from a Aditya Birla company.”

“I ordered 2 waistcoat from jaypore around 2 weeks back...prepaid of course....no mail no message and no update ....not even tracking number....the site doesn't allow sign in, even with Google credentials....their phone number on the official site doesn't work....they don't respond to mails .... I am now sure that their products are as pathetic and lacking in quality as is their enterprise....it's sad to see them swindling people especially during the festive season....the owner should be tried and put behind bars.... I urge all to absolutely never use jaypore...let us all stand against these crooks”

“I placed an order for a Silver tone tribal choker necklace on the 30th of September'22. The item was to be delivered within 10 business days. I got the item after repeated phone calls and emails only on the 25th of October'22. This item was meant as a gift for Diwali and I received it only after Diwali causing anxiety and embarassement. In case Jaipore had problems delivering the item ,they should have emailed me about the delay and found out what I wanted to do. No such thing was done amd I find this approach very unprofessional.”

“Delivered candle stand with manufacturing defect that too after much delay than what was mentioned on the website. Even after repeatedly posting images of the damaged product they refused to acknowledge and said the item was not returnable. In the first place why cheat the customer by sending a damaged product. We check on the website and order how are we supposed to know about the defect.”

“For my order they kept the delivery date after 15 days. Later when I called, they said one item is cancelled and the other one they need to remake. They are also not concerned about customer experience or review. Don't buy from them”

“I ordered for quite a few pairs of footwear recently. The delivery takes anything between 3 - 4 weeks! God knows why! And if you have to return a product it's a nightmare. The products are not upto the mark. The service is absolutely pathetic.”

“So last week I placed order for two items a necklace and an earring from Jaypore.com. My initial payment via paypal did not go through so then I paid with my cc and it went through. Within minutes I get an email saying act immediately or your order will be cancelled so this time the link directed me again to the paypal payment method and I thought it probably did not accept my CC so I then paid again with my paypal account and this time it took it but the the main issue was my paypal for some reason had my former address and contact info and the shipment went to my former address. I almost immediately caught the blunder on spot after processing my payment. I sent an email, a whatsapp message requesting cancellation (mind you all within 24 hours after placing order) and even tried calling but no effective response. Next day they tell me they have shipped the necklace to my former address and cannot process refund and I need to collect it from my former address. I live in the US and if any one knows the cities here are pretty far apart and I certainly won't be traveling all the way to collect my less than $50 piece of jewelry. I requested them to contact the shipment people to hold off but they did not. They did not stick to the cancellation within 24 hour rule that they so claim on their website. And they took my payment twice without any assurance of refund. And the staff I am corresponding with almost sounds like a bot and is extremely unhelpful. I love the items in Jaypore.com but this unprofessionalism and not very customer friendly attitude is not too encouraging for me to shop there again. Especially as an international customer with the time lag I wish they waited 24 hours before shipping items that could potentially be requested for cancellation. Very disappointed with the customer service more than anything.”

“This is a fraudulent website. I bought a woollen rug for Rs. 8000. What I got was a coir mat worth no more than Rs. 1500 at most. On informing Jaypore, there was no return or no refund. They said they were sorry. And that "sorry" cost me more than eight thousand bucks!”

“Would not recommend buying from their website.Their delivery times are ridiculously long and the quality totally not worth the sky high price. I ordered for merchandise( all items were indian wear) worth 30,000/- in Nov 21 and didn't receive a single item for a month. After extensive follow ups over phone and emails which was frustrating I received 2 items after 40-50 days or more and the fit and quality were totally not worth the steep price I paid for them. I cancelled rest of my order as it would have been a waste of time,money and mental peace.”

“The product shown in picture is different to the product delivered. It’s of cheap quality. No finishing. I had ordered candle stand. Though replacement was possible the customer executive declared replacement was not possible. Response of customer executive was poor. Had placed order with JAYPORE as it was being sold under Aditya Birla brand else would hv never ordered. It was a gift and couldnt be gifted”
