I placed an order for a Silver tone tribal choker necklace on the 30th of September'22.
The item was to be delivered within 10 business days.
I got the item after repeated phone calls and emails only on the 25th of October'22.
This item was meant as a gift for Diwali and I received it only after Diwali causing anxiety and embarassement.
In case Jaipore had problems delivering the item ,they should have emailed me about the delay and found out what I wanted to do.
No such thing was done amd I find this approach very unprofessional.
