I ordered a 5' by 3' carpet in New Zealand wool. What I received was a braided cotton and jute rug that was six inches smaller each way than the stipulated size.
My order qualified for a free delivery but the courier company (Gati) charged me at the time of delivery.
Jaypore did not make any offer to reimburse the courier cost or to recompense for the low quality product.
I wouldn't trust them again.
