This is the worst website you can purchase from...all you get in return of your queries is standard reply that they will revert in 2-3 days ...the phone no is not accessible ...makes me doubt the genuineness.....it is absolutely terrible customer service. They take full payment for an order placed more than 1 & 1/2 months back after which you do not hear from them at all..... They do not have a protocol for refunds I am told on checking with them through email time and again ...Requests for update on status and order cancellation are ignored. "Buyers beware ".
