Extremely obsolete and personalized customer services . Its an upmarket place and quite pricey . However the services are worse than any i have ever experienced . I bought something for Diwali and got a discount of rs.1500/- as the bill was more than 10,000/- . However the next day when i wanted to change the size ( All labels intact and unworn piece ) they asked me to return the discount !!!!! How Bizzare is that !!!! Hope i never get so desperate for shopping that i have to go . back there !!!! Very very poor experience indeed . Terrible terrible !!!
