Pathetic customer service. All they tell you is lies about your order. Customers beware.. do not buy anything from Jaypore. If you are wanting a headache then you can place an order here. They sent me a email stating that the refund had been processed and would reach my account in 7 days but when I called today they told me that the refund was processed yesterday. A bunch of crooks and liars.
